15 Genotyping Array Datasets From the Alzheimer's Disease Research Centers (ADRC) Now Available via DSS!

We are thrilled to announce the release of 15 much-anticipated genotyping array datasets from participants recruited from the Alzheimer's Disease Research Centers (ADRC)!

These datasets, ADC1 through ADC15, are now available on the NIAGADS Data Sharing Service (DSS). DNA was prepared by the National Centralized Repository for Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementias (NCRAD) and phenotypes were provided by the National Alzheimer’s Coordinating Center (NACC). Collection and harmonization were facilitated by the Alzheimer's Disease Genetics Consortium (ADGC), which included rigorous quality control procedures to ensure a reliable foundation for researchers to explore the genetic landscape of Alzheimer's disease.

With the release of ADC 1 through ADC15, the research community now has access to genotype data for 29,694 ADRC participants. The datasets feature:

To apply for these datasets:

New Users: For first time DSS users, refer to the application instructions located here: DSS Application Instructions or email NIAGADS for assistance (help@niagads.org).

Existing Users: If you have an approved Data Access Request (DAR) through the DSS and your research use applies to use of these data, simply revise your current DAR to add these 15 datasets to your existing approval.
